Skytrax's list of the best low-cost airlines is out, and AirAsia has taken the crown once again for a mind-boggling 16th consecutive time. AirAsia won the award for the first time in 2009, and it has held first place ever since. Scoot, another low-cost airline based in Singapore that operates throughout Europe, Asia, and Australia, came in second, while Indian low-cost airline IndiGo came third.
